My name is Anthony Charles Owen I live at 1313 Abbey Dr. Norman Oklahoma 73071. On Friday March 16th 2012 I allowed my Ex. Mother in law to take my 3 children December Michelle Owen age 7, Alexzander LeRoy Owen age 5, and Aleina Noel Owen age 4 for spring break. She was to return the children on Saturday March 24th 2012. When she did not return my children home I called her to find out where my children were she stated that she was not returning my children to me and that I should not Dare to try to come get them.

I have sole Custody of my children...
