when you select a picture to be uploaded, there is an option for which album you want to place it into. It is a drop down menu and the default album is "Mobile Picture" (before you hit the upload button). Just click on that and change it to your desired album.
if you are uploading your pics through FFM email, you can just move the pictures once it is uploaded to the default album, like nunya said:
to move pictures using your phone you will have to do it individually:
go to your funblog -> album -> select picture -> options (top right button) -> edit -> change album -> save.
to move pictures using PC:
funblog -> my account -> control panel (lower right box) -> manage my uploads -> look for the album where the pictures are and click UPDATE -> check desired pictures you want to move -> select target album (bottom drop down box) -> move selected.
